drugsSmall.jpgComputer-printed prescriptions have a re-order form attached for your information and convenience and you should have this to hand when ordering your repeat medication.

Patients taking regular medication can request that their prescription be collected and dispensed by a nominated pharmacy – ask reception for details.

To order repeat prescriptions over the telephone, you must have the re-order form with you which itemises the correct drug name and dose to be taken. as the Receptionist will require this information from you when you speak with her on the telephone.

Repeat prescriptions may also be requested by post. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope, include the re-order form with the items you need clearly marked and allow 4 days for postage.

Patients taking regular medication are required to attend for Medication Review annually.

The Practice takes requests for repeat prescriptions via the internet.  If you wish to order your repeat precription or make an appointment via the internet, please ask the reception team for registration forms.   Prescriptions are ready for collection from the surgery 48 hours after ordering. Please allow 3 days if you are collecting your prescription from a pharmacy.
